5 stars for fast service and friendly mechanic. Dropped my vehicle off early morning to get diagnosed. Got a call less than 30 minutes later telling me what the issue was, they had the part, and they can get to it done the same day. By early afternoon the repair was done and I got my vehicle back. I really appreciated not being without a car for more than a day!

I called around 7:30am one morning after having some warning lights pop up on my dash as I got to work. Some power steering issues and battery as well. Within 20 minutes of my call I had dropped off my car and gotten a response on what the exact problem was. The problem was fixed within a day and I was able to walk and pick up my car after work. 10/10 will use in the future for car needs.

The Hillsboro Village Auto team has been taking care of my 1985 Cadillac Fleetwood, and it's been a pleasure working with them: Jennifer, Brent and the whole team are fantastic, everything is always explained very clearly and transparently, they perform a thorough diagnostic of what needs to be fixed or changed, but without ever pushing for unnecessary work, the repairs are performed in a timely fashion and always impeccable quality, service is absolutely excellent and they bend their back backwards to help the customer. On my car we had a tricky issue with a wipers motor part and they went above and beyond to solve it. It's so nice to work with such a great team!

I have to give Hillsboro Village Auto Shop 5 stars because I had a serious brake issue and an 11 hour drive the next day. They got me in minutes after I called, did a fantastic job, and I was on the road. The cost was not an issue for me, because I could not find anywhere that could see me the same day. It was obvious they were busy, and I am grateful they squeezed me in. Very nice people!

Repairs are usually completed in one day and they are always flexible with pick up and drop off times—truly a neighborhood experience. They also give my AAA discount and a heads up on the cost and recommendations, and they offer a solid warranty period. I love the confident, secure feeling I have when I pick up my car and drive off the lot!

I watched Brent go through an itemized list from a dealer of things his car supposedly needed work on with a client in front of me in line. He explained why certain things weren’t really needed and ended up saving the guy well over $1200. Brent was honest and knowledgeable and took care of the oil change for my IH Scout while also discovering a few leaks that he recommended I see my Scout specialist for since he can’t get the parts for my 1973 vehicle. Kind, fast, and reasonably priced. I’ll be going back for sure.

Can’t say enough good things about this auto shop! They are honest, friendly, upfront about pricing, and never have the car too long. The mechanic is patient explaining everything. I came in for new brakes and a yearly safety check, turns out there were some serious issues going on that he caught during the safety inspection. Everything was taken care of same day. Thank you!

When Brent and Jennifer started working there we now have a 6 month regular check updates on our cars plus when we go out of town they make sure we will be safe! I had a check engine light and rough acceleration with loud clanking noises on my f150 and from the first phone call to when I dropped my truck off the customer service was far better than you could ask for. They were busy but still found the time to get to my truck quickly. After diagnosing the issue and finding that my rear brakes were in need of replacement they called with options for parts and cost of the work. The pricing was more than fair and my truck was treated as if it was owned by a master mechanic. It was completed the same day and I’m back on the road feeling like my truck is new again. 10/10 will be recommending to everyone and making this my go to mechanic shop. Best in Nashville right here
